Plain Practice Hoops

Plain practice hoops are made from lightweight black plastic irrigation tube material. These hoops come in various sizes. We recommend you select a size that is somewhere between your belly button and arm pits.

Plain practice hoops are $15 each or $20 with inside tape grip ring.
