This drop in class is a 30 minute meditation class consists of drills for various moves to aid artists in perfecting their timing, lines, smoothness and muscle memory.

This class combines meditation, core conditioning, the principals of pilates and poi to create a fun body, mind and spirit meditation and excercise workout for individuals with any range of skills.
