System Requirements

You will need:

• Macintosh or PC with Quicktime 4 or later. To download Quicktime go to Apple's web site at http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/.
• If you are using Internet Explorer, you will need to have version 6 or later as this does not work correctly with version 5.
• It has been tested with Safari on Mac as well as IE and works fine.
• Head phones that connect to your PC to listen to the audio. Some of the sound quality is less than optimal, particularly in lesson 1 of the beginner series.
• Patience while the videos download to your machine.
• A set of poi.
• A healthy body.
• A desire to learn.
• An open disposition.
