The Intermediate Moves classes teach you additional moves you can add to your repertoire. Each lesson is self contained, though it likely has pre-requisites material you should be familiar with and able to do, or the lesson may not make sense.

Each link below contains all the information necessary to teach you the move specified. These classes may refer to prerequisite moves which are also listed here. Under each move is a button labeled "Move Summary". When you click this, a video of the move will be launched in its own window. This allows you to preview before you purchase a move to see if it is a move you are interested in.

Lessons vary in price depending on the material covered -- prices are listed with each lesson. In general, prices are $1 for each 2-2.5 minutes of material covered in the video. Each lesson will also include a written lesson plan in a PDF to download with it to assist you in learning not only the direction presented in the video, but a variety of variations based on it.

Pinwheel Lockout	This lesson includes instructions and demonstration of drills for each hand, putting the move together and several tips for doing the pinwheel lockout. This lesson is presented for the counter clockwise direction and gives options for behind the back lockouts as well as in front of the body. The move summary shows the move behind the back. Crosser, Crosser Turns & Hug Turns	This lesson covers side plane to side plane (hug turns) or wall plane using front and back planes only (crosser turns).
