The Intermediate Moves classes teach you additional moves you can add to your repertoire. Each lesson is self contained, though it usually has pre-requisites material you should e familiar with and able to do, or the lesson may not make sense.

Each link below contains all the information necessary to teach you the move specified. These classes may refer to prerequisite moves which are also listed here. Under each move is a button labeled "Move Summary". When you click this, a video of the move will be launched in its own window. This allows you to preview before you purchase a move to see if it is a move you are interested in.
