Today we have yet another poi video lesson we’re excited to add to the library of video moves we’re offering here at Temple of Poi.This new poi lesson presents a series of combinations utilizing stalls and includes several drills as well as 4 unique stall patterns working under the legs. It is taught through a  37 minute video which breaks down the drills for the move, the lecture notes explaining the structure of each of the patterns, step-by-step how to for putting the drills together and tips to help you along the way.

Taught live in our San Francisco studios, this lesson takes out repeated drills and student chatter to bring you a dense lesson plan to help you achieve success with these split time under the leg stall patterns! Tuition is $12 for this 37 minute lesson. Enjoy!
